All returns and exchanges need to be carried out via our returns center;

 As in line with the UK Government distance selling regulations, we accept returns/exchanges on unworn and unused goods within 14 days of purchase.

In stock items are returnable/exchangeable within 14 days.

Made to order pieces are size exchangeable only.

Made to measure pieces are non refundable

Any discounted items that are marked as part of the outlet section are exchangeable for other outlet pieces only

Cancellation Policies 

Made to order & made to measure pieces can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after purchase. We purchase the fabric and trimmings for each order the next working day after the order being placed.

Regular orders can be cancelled within the first hour of being placed. After that, the shipping label would have been generated and the item would've been prepared for dispatch so it is not possible to cancel. Customers would have to return the item and follow the usual returns protocol.

There is a 2 GBP per item charge for each return, to cover the processing costs.

Where possible, we try to enforce a ONE SIZE PER ITEM policy. Due to the limited stock available, we want all customers to have equal chance, (especially during launches), to purchase items in their desired style/size. There is a comprehensive size guide for each item, which should eliminate the need to purchase multiple sizes of the same product, we suggest trying one size and exchanging for a different one if required! Our team are always on hand to help with fit queries. Please respect other customers, and shop fairly! We also want to protect our brand from resellers.

How do I return?

1) Visit our returns center

2) Enter your order number and email address to start

3) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

4) Once your request is approved you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Which items are returnable? 

- Full priced items, in-stock items

- In unused and resellable condition (no makeup or scent marks)

- In the original packaging with all the tags intact, folded inside the dustbag(s)

Which items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be refunded but are still eligible for exchange or store credit;

- Sale/outlet items

- Made to order items

- Replacement of faulty items

- Replacement items of any reason

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 4 days of the delivered date. Please note if we replace your item for any reason, the replacement is non returnable. If the item is used, we may reject your request, or if we deem it to be a factory fault, we will offer an exchange only. We will not replace faulty items that are in used condition and without tags.

Can the items be exchanged?

We provide free exchanges on all purchased items. You can select the item you want to exchange for via the returns center. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you automatically.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

- Refund to the original payment method

- Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 7-10 working days from the date your return tracking shows as delivered, for returns to be QC'd, submitted and refunded.
